This general website is pretty amazing: www.goldenpaints.com, this company is very cutting edge in the acrylic world. Highest quality products and amazing array of gels, grounds, whatever. There is a cool blog by Mark Golden, one of the owners (actually the whole company is employee owned), and this monthly publication "Just Paint" has lots of info.

Artist Trading Cards

Here are some artist trading cards created to exchange in class. I had to rethink my designs after printing up a couple, since the small size limits what text will be readable. I did add some other media to another set of cards, each one of those is an original!

Rotoscope test - buggy?!#*#*$)

This is an image scanned from an old photo, cropped and color enhanced in Photoshop, then drawn on in Painter.

I am enjoying using Painter to test out ideas for paintings and experiment with backgrounds before committing to an approach in "real" paint.
